Writing about music.
For a long time, I have been considering writing about music and wanting to share my findings with others. Throughout my whole life I have been inspired by music. I think that music is a great way to connect with others. Curiosity about what other people listen to is not only a source of inspiration to me – music forfeits one’s personality, thus it is an interesting entry door to getting to know someone better.
Since the Spotify era people have changed their listening behaviour, as the company has complete access to everyone's listening activity and have an impact on what we could listen next. I do see the convenience behind it, but this doesn't preserve our independence in what we could discover without their algorithms. It will be to discover something genuinely new while maintaining musical diversity.
I want to make a mark and take an active stance against this development by making small difference through my blog, giving people the possibility to receive music by someone who is very keen to be well informed, careful and critical.
